Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: Same day deliveries for orders made before 2pm on weekdays and before 10am on Saturdays.
- Local Pickup (Pick your order from our warehouse) : Free, by appointment
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Within Nairobi:
- Orders: KES 400 flat rate
- Orders over 10,000: Free shipping
- International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders made on weekdays before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day.
Office Hours
- Our office is open on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- We are also open on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- We are closed on Sundays.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to (according to roadrims policies)
- Some items may have additional restrictions due to size or weight.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at sales@booksfirst.africa for assistance.
